Our History:

1988: Founded by Howard Padley and Bryan McGann as "Padley-McGann Construction”
1989: First project: College Park Apartments in Madison, WI with Rouse Management Company
2001: Company name changed to McGann Construction
2007: Wisconsin Builder “Top Project” Award earned for Northeast YMCA
2008: Celebrated 20th anniversary
2010: Wisconsin Builder “Top Project” Award earned for Revival Ridge and Heritage Apartments
2015: Aaron Kostichka named President & CEO of McGann Construction
2018: Celebrated 30th anniversary
